1. Place pork schnitzels on the bench and season.
2. Add 2 layers of cheese and 1 layer of ham.
3. Fold schnitzel over ham and cheese.
4. Flour, egg wash and crumb.
5. Melt butter and heat oil together and cook until
golden brown, approximately 12 minutes. Serve
with cider sauce
6. 500ml Cider (sweet) reduced and thicken with
30g Beuree Manze, 30ml Cream, 10 Chives
(chopped). Reduced and season to taste.
