It is fall-off-the-bone tender and is easy to prepare and as delicious as it looks.

pork ribs with honey soy and sesame
Brilliant!     
 
Ingredients for 6 Serves
Method
1/2  teaspoon prepared mustard
1  tablespoon flour
1  tablespoon brown sugar
1  teaspoon salt
1  tablespoon vinegar
1  cup catsup
1  cup water
680 g pork chops, cut about 1 1/4-inch thick



  1. Combine mustard, flour, sugar and salt.
  2. Add vinegar, catsup and water and mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour over chops in a baking dish.
  4. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 175 degrees for 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
