An international flavour with tantalizing aromas!

Balinese Style Pork
Exquisite!     
 
Ingredients for 4-6 Serves
Method


600gm Diced Pork
2 tablespoons Oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, finely grated
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sweet chilli sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1-2 fresh chillies, sliced
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 cup water

Heat oil in wok and cook garlic and onion over low heat until soft and golden stirring occassionally. Add the pork and ginger and stir-fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until the pork changes colour.

Reduce the heat to low. add the sauces, black pepper, chilli, lime juice and water. Stir before covering and leave to simmer for 10 minutes. Uncover and cook until the sauce has reduced to your liking.

Serve with rice and steamed vegetables.

Preperation Time: 12 minutes
