500g Pork Mince
1 tablespoon oil
1 medium onion, finely diced
1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1-2 tablespoons Chilli Sauce
3 tomatoes, chopped
8 taco shells
6 lettuce leaves, shredded
1 avocado, diced
1 cup grated chedder cheese
extra Chilli Sauce to drizzle

Preheat the oven to moderate 180 degrees (350F/Gas 4). In a fry pan heat the oil and cook the pork mince, onion and garlic stirring constantly until lightly browned.
Add the tomato paste and Chilli Sauce. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Season to taste and stir in tomatoes.
Heat the taco shells in the oven for 5 minutes.
To serve, fill the tacos with chilli pork mixture, stredded lettuce, diced avocado, grated cheese and an extra drizzle of Chilli sauce.
