Flatten pork schnitzels until thin, cut cheese & zucchini into strips. Lightly spread pork with mixed mustard with cheese & vegetable on top. Roll firmly then coat in seasoned flour, dip into egg then roll in breadcrumbs mixed with sesame seeds & herbs. Remove rind from bacon then cut rashers into strips & fold round the centre of each pork roll. Secure with toothpick. Chill 1/2 hour. Shallow fry in approx 3cm medium hot oil approx 7 minutes, without over-browning. Drain & serve. Alternatively these may be baked in a moderately hot over 45 minutes.
