Parisienne Pork

Ingredients for 3 Serves
Method


450gm Lean Pork Butterfly Steaks
17 ml French Seeded Mustard
12 gm Polyunsaturated Margarine
30 gms Green & Pink Peppercorns
94 ml Skinny Evaporated Milk

1. Spred pork steaks with a thin layer of mustard.

2. Heat margarine in a frypan and lightly cook steaks for 3 - 3 minutes on each side.

3. Remove steaks and set aside.

4. To pan juices, add peppercorns and evaporated milk. (Do not boil).

5. Spoon sauce over steaks.

Rational may be used to cook pork steaks. Place a tray in the bottom shelf to catch the juices, pre-heat to 280°C, place on a grid rack (after rack is pre-heated) and cook on combi-heat for 5 minutes.
